Gaia Solutions is a software consulting company founded in 2021. Dave leads every engagement, owning the architecture, technical direction and delivery, backed by a curated team of senior engineers and specialists brought in for what each project needs.

Dave has spent ten years building production software as an engineer, technical lead and CTO, much of it in fields where it has to be right: healthcare, cloud security and financial markets.
- Technical leadership. Former CTO, owning architecture, the product roadmap and the engineering team from first requirements through launch.
- AI development. Builds production generative AI: multi-step agent pipelines, search that returns cited answers, automated report writing, and multi-model setups that balance quality against cost.
- Data & automation. Designs pipelines that pull data out of dozens of systems and formats into clean, queryable stores the rest of the business can use.
- Cloud & DevOps. Fully automated, infrastructure-as-code deployments with continuous delivery and services that scale on their own.
